The appropriate presentation and management of cultural heritage can play a decisive role in spatial development. This is the focus of the VILLAS project proposal. The aims of Villas project are the improvement and revitalisation of the aesthetic and economic aspects of the architectural heritage, creating an assessment model and defining a compatible strategic tool for the reuse, according to the planning criteria and spatial policies of the CADSES area. The conservation of the heritage buildings can be achieved through their economic reuses and the definition of integrated strategies, from land planning to sustainable refurbishment techniques.
