The analysis of faunal assemblage from the Bronze Age levels of the Bovolone area was carried out on 2790 findings and showed a predominance of domestic animals remains (89.9%) over wild ones (7.9%). Butchery activities have been documented only in 4.6% of the whole remains. Among the findings which have been so far examined, 39 display traces which testify to the animal hard tissue manufacturing within the site. The faunal assemblage from the site of Bovolone offers important data concerning the economy and the manufacturing activities carried out in the settlement during the Middle-Recent Bronze Age as well as on the paleoenvironmental features of the surrounding site.
