In this paper a discretization of the continuous reduced Broadwell model in a strip is proposed. The simulation is performed to investigate also numerically the large time behavior of the solution. The trend towards the uniform state is proven for our iterative scheme, and the approximation of the solution of the complete model to the solution of our discretization is stated.
