The BaBar experiment at the PEP-II B-factory gives excellent opportunities for the quarkonium spectroscopy. Investigation of the properties of new states like the X(3872), Y (3940) and Y (4260) are performed aiming to understand their nature. Recent BaBar results will be presented in this paper.
