We give an existence theorem of global nonsteady solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations governing flows of an incompressible viscous fluid totally bounded by free surface, with surface tension. The result doesn't assume smallness on angolar velocity of the drop, only the condition that the data must be close to the equilibrium configuration of the drop.

Abstract
